The problem
The owner of Querinox did everything: managed suppliers, closed sales, handled accounting, and personally responded to every client who came through WhatsApp asking about an industrial kitchen, a railing, or a stainless steel piece of furniture. Every conversation started from scratch — what do you need, what are your measurements, send me photos — while everything else waited.
The process was exhausting and inconsistent. Data arrived scattered, follow-up was constant, and the owner could never fully disconnect. The solution: a WhatsApp Business bot that would take on that load — guiding each client step by step, requesting measurements and photos, classifying the project type, and delivering the owner a structured brief ready to quote, without him having to intervene in every conversation.

Upon brief confirmation, the bot notifies the owner via WhatsApp, email, and registers in Google Sheets simultaneously.
Conversation flows
The bot identifies the client project type through natural language and activates the corresponding flow. If the client writes "I need a kitchen", it classifies automatically.
